Dryer Bulova 02A, Bulova 02DA is made from ASCI-304 stainless steel sheet.
drying chamber is a hollow cylinder made of ASCI-304 food grade stainless steel, equipped with a front door made of organic glass. Silicone seamless ring acts as a sealing element. The doors have a handle with a latch. Necessary branch pipes and fasteners are welded to the cylinder.
Vacuum pump It is an integral part, equipped with two 2-stage rotary vane pumps. Operates at absolute pressure 15 Pa.
Refrigeration unit consists of a low temperature compressor , evaporation part, devices that ensure their operation and regulation.
Connecting and shutoff valves – standard, used for vacuum devices.
control controller – microprocessor controlled electronic device, 7” color display and software. Allows you to maintain the desired drying parameters and drying modes, dryer control.
Shelves are a 4-tier construction of flat elements, made from food grade aluminum, to the bottom of which an electric heater is attached. On the surface of which trays with the drying product are installed. Heat from the shelves is transferred to the product by conduction and thermoradiation.
